Natalie Gautereaux MSW, LMSW
Executive Director
Natalie became the Executive Director of Nevada Public Health Foundation, Inc. January 1, 2023. She brings with her a deep passion and commitment to improving the well-being of those she serves, as evidenced by her business in health and wellness for 19 years, bachelor’s degree in psychology, and master’s degree in social work. As a social worker, her training in social determinants of health and systemic injustice are fundamental to her understanding that community building, advocacy, and intentional action are imperative to improving population health.
Natalie currently lives in Reno, Nevada. She raised her two children in Gardnerville, Nevada where she grew up and fell in love with the beautiful mountains and rugged terrain. She enjoys discovering new parts of the Nevada wilderness through hiking, snowshoeing, paddle boarding, and rafting. Connecting with family, friends, and her community bring her the greatest joy.
Judy Rider
Executive Fiscal Manager
Judy Rider is our Executive Fiscal Manager. She grew up in Gardnerville, NV. Leaving shortly after graduating from Douglas High she moved to Alaska. Judy has spent the past 12 years in the fitness industry in San Diego, CA., with her primary role as a Business Manager. She moved back to Gardnerville to be close to family. Judy spends most of her time outdoors with her beloved dog close by and loves gardening. Coming from the fitness industry, Judy is passionate about health and well-being.
Danielle Becker
Program Manager
Danielle started at the Nevada Public Health Foundation, Inc. in August of 2021 as a practicum student. After she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in social work in May 2022, she was granted the opportunity to become the Program Manager at NPHF. In this position, Danielle has the honor of teaching young people in the state about healthy relationships through the Statutory Rape Prevention Project. Through this project she also teaches mandatory reporters about critical statutory sexual seduction law and how they impact our communities, as well as the STARS Program, where she has the opportunity to empower young parents and teach real life skills.
As a native Nevadan, Danielle is passionate about our communities. She is a mama to two beautiful children and finds the most joy spending time with her kids snowboarding during the winter and swimming during the summer.
Linda Anderson
Public Health Policy Analyst
Linda Anderson has joined the team at Nevada Public Health Foundation, Inc. as a public policy analyst. She developed her passion and dedication to public health policy while representing public health, behavioral health, public assistance, and child welfare agencies in Nevada. She channels her experience and expertise to maximize services to our community.
Linda spent her childhood in the Ely area. She received her BA (English) from Colorado College and her law degree from the University of Utah. She began her legal career clerking for the Honorable Judge Griffin and then the Carson City District Attorney’s Office. She remains in Las Vegas after serving in the Nevada Attorney General’s office for 27 years.
Tina Gerber-Winn
Health Policy and Community Engagement Specialist
Tina Gerber Winn joined the team at Nevada Public Health Foundation, Inc. in March of 2023 as a health policy specialist. She has since expanded her role to community engagement. She previously served the State of Nevada as a social worker in a variety of roles, including an Elder Abuse Investigator, a Medicaid policy developer, a program manager for community-based services designed to assist elders and people with disabilities remain independent, and a director of the behavioral health system providing services in rural and frontier Nevada. Tina is intrigued by the development and successful operations of systems of care.
Tina considers herself a Native Nevadan despite being born in Salinas, California. After a brief stay in California, Tina’s family returned when she was two and settled in Carson City. She is a member of the Walker River Paiute Tribe. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Portland State University. Her favorite memories are of traveling across rural Nevada with her family and for work as every road traveled had such unique and beautiful landscapes.

Kaya Wilson
Event Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
Kaya Wilson started at Nevada Public Health Foundation, Inc. in May of 2024 as the Event Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. Kaya is currently working on her degree in Criminal Justice and has a background in administration, business coordination, and direct care for foster youth. She brings with her a dedication for mental and behavioral health, community healthcare, and LGBTQ+ advocacy.
Kaya currently lives in Carson City, Nevada and grew up in Gardnerville, Nevada. She enjoys art,
nature, movies, and hanging out with her two cute cats.
